The Enrollment Center will be closed all United States and Canadian Federal Holidays.

***** You MUST bring the identification and proof of citizenship you submitted in your application. Example: Passport, Driver License, Visa, Permanent Resident card, birth certificate.

***** You MUST bring official copies of your court records if you have been previously fingerprinted, arrested, or convicted of a crime. Failure to do so will delay your application and may result in your application being denied.
