The Enrollment Center is located in the main terminal of the Tri-Cities Airport beside the Information Desk. Interviews are by appointment only.

Notas

Please bring all required travel documentation (e.g. passport, U.S. permanent resident card, U.S. visas, etc.) and proof of residence (e.g. driver’s license, mail received at address, etc.). A list of required documentation can be found in your Conditional Approval Notification, which can be found under Notification in your TTP account.

Interviews are conducted on Wednesdays and Thursdays (excluding national holidays) by appointment only.

New appointment slots are opened on the first business day of the month at noon. For example, on November 1, 2024 at noon appointment slots for January 2025 will be open on the scheduling calendar.
